Use lxml.html.clean.Cleaner for safe HTML transforms?

Hi Plone developers

I did a little experiment using lxml cleaner for safe HTML 
transformation in PortalTransforms [1]. It looks very promising (fast 
and clean!) so far but some tests are failing [2]. For me most of the 
test fixtures seem trivial to me but I wanted to make sure that this is 
acceptable and this is what we want in Plone 5 before I go on fixing them.
