There's a fix in both zope.formlib and the latest z3c.form we did for the ordered_select input
widget from april 2014 that prevents hidden input elements from showing up next to the widget on
IE10 and IE11. 

Released z3c.form 3.2.1 has this fix, but zope.formlib hasn't had a release since november 2013 and the 
zope.formlib repository on github was not updated postrelease after cooking 4.3.0a2 
so the CHANGES  on the repo are not in sync with what's on pypi.

So with pinning older z3c.form  you get some and you loose some :-/
