The widget bundles will still be created from mockup. It's only mockup's
Plone integration, which Nathan is changing for Plone 5.

For Plone 4, we still will be able to use plone.app.widgets - which is
working quite nicely in my experience, except for some TinyMCE
integration issues.
We still have to keep mockup compatible with Plone 4, though. At least,
as long as it makes sense. But since mockup should be largely framework
agnostic, that's maybe not the biggest challenge.

The long term goal of plone.app.widgets/mockup was always to get rid of
plone.app.widgets at some point, when it's fully integrated into Plone.
