zc.buildout too slow

In the Plone 5-coredev we use zc.buildout = 2.2.1 But 2.2.1 is many times slower than 1.7.1 (or 1.5.1) A otherwise simple buildout with 10 instances: 1.7.1: 12 seconds 2.2.1: 75 seconds I added my insights and profiling-information to the bug-report at https://github.com/buildout/buildout/issues/193 I downgraded my buildouts but I think we should fix it.
