Can't get it to generate a metadata.XML with dependencies?

A good generic theme would try to avoid plugin dependencies but there are
times where it would be useful such as a blog or ecommerce site or where
you want forms that can be edited using PFG or plomino. Its really the
theme designers call. If we build in a theme gallery browser into plone
itself then dependencies should be readable before download so that a
warning could be given saying what plugins and versions need to be
available to install that theme.
