Now when I think about it, also content export / import for any TTW 
Dexterity content types is still broken / missing. And that can be only 
fixed by making exportimport of plone.dexterity more CMF-aware (to read 
portal_type during export and use portal_types to create content during 
import). I'll try to remember to do that later... (it would not conflict 
with the current c.themesitesetup extras.zcml).
