Unified Installer translation support now available

Hi all, The 5.0+ version of the Unified Installer should -- in theory -- support message translation. Translation for the Python components follow the conventions we already use. Translations for the .sh components use similar conventions. All of the shell script messages are already extracted and may be found at: https://github.com/plone/Installers-UnifiedInstaller/blob/master/helper_scripts/locales/en/LC_MESSAGES/messages.sh In theory, translation of the shell messages should be done by providing a locales/??/LC_MESSAGES/messages.sh for the locale. If anyone would like to work on translations, I'll be happy to help, and to fix anything that might hinder the message-translation process.
