plone 4.3.7: pytz version conflict

hi there,

I just wanted to update a buildout environment to plone 4.3.7.
I cleaned out the eggs directory to get everything afresh.

Now builout produces the following error:

from plone.recipe.zope2instance:
There is a version conflict.
We already have: pytz 2012c.
While:
   Installing.
   Getting section instance.
   Initializing section instance.
   Installing recipe plone.recipe.zope2instance.
Error: There is a version conflict.
We already have: pytz 2012c

if I set the pytz version to
pytz = 2012c

buildout finishes.
But this seems wrong.
I tried to locate the error, but failed.

any ideas?
