BTreeFolder2:

Our versions.cfg says:
"# Products.BTreeFolder2 2.13.4 causes a regression"
And I don't see any hint in the 2.13.5 changelog to indicate that this
regression would have been solved in the meantime.

pytz:
Updating was tried as part of a Zope2 versions update, but caused test
failures. Some comments by me in the pull request for Plone 5,
indicating problems:
https://github.com/plone/buildout.coredev/pull/99#issuecomment-136893118

robotframework:

I updated several versions, including robotframework, in a pull request
last month, but that lead to problems. See
https://github.com/plone/buildout.coredev/pull/104

Also, I included some robotframework versions in this pull request for
increasing the Zope2 versions, but that needlessly increased the range
of that pull request so I removed that part:
https://github.com/plone/buildout.coredev/pull/100

Updating robotframework-selenium2library should probably all work, but
some tests may need fixing.

Summary for all three: it should be doable to update these versions, but
several tests will need fixing, including possibly some fixes to code
used at run-time.
