I'd like to see something similar to what Mozilla Support implemented to rate and provide feedback on docs in plone.org. See the bottom form in this pag<http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Cannot+connect+after+upgrading+Firefox> e. Feedback messages could become tickets in Trac.
