In general I like the idea. Right now you have no sense whether or not people are using the documentation, except for the amount of comments. Looks promising. :-) iirc there are several incarnations of this package out there. Isn't the new software center going to have ratings once we get plone.org upgraded? Would be a good idea to piggy back on that development. It might make sense to have several categories of ratings.
