Needed: upgrade instructions for Plone 3.2

Before the Plone 3.2 final release (in just two weeks!) we will need upgrade instructions for people. These come down to two options: - for people not already using buildout: move to buildout - for people using buildout: simple instructions on how to update their buildout configuration this should probably be coordinated with Sidnei and Steve to work out what people using the installers need to do. Can someone please volunteer to own this task?
