Kupu character style for inline literals

To keep our documentation look consistent, I think we should define a style
for inline literals and use it throughout all the official docs.

Most docs use the <code> tag to enclose inline literals, giving them a blue
background, but you can't apply this style (use this tag) from the kupu
toolbar, or at least I don't know how. Could we add a character style to the
kupu interface to highlight literals?

I've already talked about that with Steve, but I wanted to share it to
gather more opinions. :-)
