In my experience, I only had to read LinguaPlone's README.TXT file in order
to set up a multilingual site. I don't think writing an article on how to
use LinguaPlone is necessary. That being said, it would be nice to have a
short paragraph in the manual stating that LinguaPlone is the de-facto
standard for managing multilingual sites and encouraging readers to read the
README.TXT file.

Any thoughts on this?
