Gustavo Orrillo (gustavo.orrillo at inter-cultura.com) is our current editor
for the Managing Content and Navigation section. IIRC, he's currently
working on the official/knoweldgebase documentation
separation<http://www.openplans.org/projects/plone-documentation/list-of-manuals>and
on the
PLIPs documentation<http://dev.plone.org/plone/query?status=new&status=assigned&status=reopened&component=Documentation&keywords=%7Eplip&order=priority>
.

The manual/kb column for the Users, Authentication and Permissions
assessment chart<http://www.openplans.org/projects/plone-documentation/users-authentication-and-permissions>is
almost empty, so it's the first thing I would work on.
