Hi Larry,

We'll have to think about how that would work. Our plan is to move to a
manual-based system, and flush the non-official stuff out to a
community-maintained area. I think in the case of the open-edit docs, there
will likely be some sort of portlet to highlight recent and popular docs. As
far as the manuals go, I don't think I know how to publicly highlight new
sections...
