Re: author can't delete comments on plone.org documentation

Actually ... authors have never had the right to remove comments from
published documents.

This is a major pain, and part of why we're moving to a commentless
model. Instead, anyone with "documentation collective" rights (which
should include all authors), will be able to edit anywhere except in
the manual's section.
