Developer manual stub now available

Hi,

I have created the long awaited dev man stub at 

http://plone.org/documentation/manual/developer-manual

It has all chapter level headings, but is mostly empty otherwise. How can I
share it so that everyone is able to edit it... or at least browse
intermediate results?
