I've been told there will be no installers for the alpha. So for non-devs like me, I need some instructions so I can install it (and then document the PLIPs we have sitting around). If someone knowledgeable wants to take this on, I would be terribly grateful. I'd especially like to see a doc that tells us how to not bork our plone 3.x instances that are on the same machine. I've already seen a lot of questions about this come through the chat room so I do think it's widely needed.
