An idea has just come up to my mind - what do you think about placing links
to the documentation for the new features in the release notes (where
applicable)? Something like:

Plone 4 includes a new shiny new default theme called Sunburst. bla-bla. To
learn how to update your theme products to use Sunburst as a base or how to
recover the classic Plone 3 theme, check _this page_.

or

You can now use emails instead of usernames for login in Plone 4. Learn
_here_ how to activate/deactivate this feature for new and old Plone sites.

Thoughts?
