Migration complete, help needed to move content and smooth out manuals

Hi All,

Steve McMahon & Co. were able to migrate all of the plone.org documentation
over the weekend to the new manual / KB system we¹ve been talking about for
so long. It¹s not 100% done < the UI hasn¹t been applied yet, and there are
some finicky things going on that we¹re still working through.

That said, we are ready to start moving documentation and get things wrapped
up. In preparation for that and to minimize confusion, I moved /
consolidated some of the manuals and tweaked workflow on a lot of the
documents in the KB. We¹re now ready to pick thru the KB and insert items
back into the manuals.

Joanna, can you help us organize the next steps here? It¹s going to equate
to finding people to help us out, assigning the assessments, getting up to
speed on status, and lots of physical cutting and pasting. There are also
some technical caveats related to the change in the content types that we
need to work through, and a bunch of lingering things like content rules,
permissions, and workflow we might want to look at. For now, it¹s functional
but not yet ready for prime time.

Can you schedule a doc team meeting for this week so that we can get on the
same page?  Steve definitely needs to be there, and I would like to be if
possible. At this point, I¹m pretty much just here to help move stuff
around.
