Hey Doc team-

I've recently decided to leave the Plone Documentation team. While
it's something I've been debating for some time, recent events have
helped me to make my decision.

For the last 5 years, I have done my best to try to change things in a
hands-on manner. But the efforts of one individual are not enough to
drive the kind of culture shift that I believe needs to happen with
Plone's documentation.

Plone documentation continues to evolve, including some very
significant recent changes. I hope everyone takes this opportunity to
step up their participation levels, get their hands dirty, and work
with developers to document things in a way that will let Plone 4,
then Plone 5, succeed.

I will offer my help to the doc team and authors on an ad hoc basis,
if my help is desired. I will also continue my own documentation
efforts as they apply to my job and share them where appropriate. I
think my energy is better focused on efforts like Plone Tune-Ups,
PloneChix, and other general community participation.

JoAnna.
