might be a bit confusing for contributors since kb will be widely  
advertised as wiki style TTW editing but collective.developermanual  
would be readonly in plone and edited  via the collective. But I guess  
we can try it that way if the permissions model allows it.

since we haven't really tried either approach (restricting to  
collective access vs restricting to few doc team editors), I think  
it's too early to say which method is going to result in the better  
quality. I guess it makes sense to try both.
