Regarding collective.developermanual we could pull this information out from
SVN entries and have it is a separate page. Currently there is a separate
page, but it is maintained manually.

I think it would be proper to give credit if you contribute to the manual,
but individual pages are not "owned" so that anyone is encouraged to fill in
holes and fix the errors.
