What I am going to write is little of topic, but I think it is important
to the people who decides that kind of things.
I always like to incentive people to be motivated and I'm always studying
this subject. Right now I reading Drive (wrote by Daniel Pink).
I its very interesting what he points out on his book: there are some
studies (from Universities) that proves that business is doing the wrong
way. Business give money to motivate people and that way you can get the
opposite effect.
