You will need manager privileges or somebody with manager privileges (I can help ;). - Style up them placing some CSS in plone.org and ask some admin to push your changes to the live site. http://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/Products.PloneOrg/trunk/ Apart from the "warning" and "note" styles, we could have some type of box with the text "version specific" inside for these...
