The "documentation tracker" these days is actually the Documentation component of the Plone tracker. To see these issues, go here: http://dev.plone.org/plone/query?status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&component=Documentation&order=priority The issue that Darci mentions is this one: http://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/7634 >From that issue, it seems that sadly the LinguaPlone manual has been abandoned. I haven't been able to find much documentation of Plone content translation on the web.
