How do we appear in this list? How can we update it?
For now, I find this list pretty useless, because you don't know what
language the person are in charge of.

This list and the list at
https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/PloneTranslations/trunk/TRANSLATORS.html
should be merged and updated.
