Integrating comments back to the docs

Hi all,

Jörg was asking in the conference to get discussion back to the
developers docs, as for example php.net the discussion is very active
and the you can easily find ready made recipes for your problems. We
also discussed shortly with Timo should we use plone.app.discussion or
Disqus for this.
