I've checked in some fixes for this and also fixed the removing of  
the .html from links.

However the sources in the buildout has changed. you may need to purge  
and recheck out.

I'm also partly way through integrating the newly released http://pypi.python.org/pypi/funnelweb 
  so we have a nicer commandline.
