I don't think so, since this view doesn't make almost any sense
outside of plone.org (it's kind of harcoded). What I can do is to set
a normal phc view as default view in the PHC product, and place a
template with the same name in a skin layer in the PloneOrg product,
overriding this default view if it's higher up in the theme.
