Clarify the genericsetup doc

Hello,

I found some clarification to add in the 'GenericSetup and profiles'
document.

How can I modify the document ?

There's also two documents that should be deprecated or marked as not
updated:

   1. Understanding and Using GenericSetup in Plone
   2. Setup using GenericSetup
