I agree although technically it wouldn't be eating our own dog food as  
the content wouldn't be "managed" in Plone, just published there but I  
think from perception point of view it looks weird to outsiders that  
we direct people to an non-plone server to read core plone  
documentation. I'm fine with the content existing in both places  
however, and I'm not convinced google would punish us for that.

I've already done the work to do the conversion from RTD into Plone  
content. It's just a matter of putting this in the plone.org buildout  
with permissions such that it is allowed to upload, and a cron entry  
to make it occur each night,
