Re: Move Generic Setup "structure" to collective-docs

I no longer have permissions to that document to check it out.

It was probably created by "spankyFromBRC" and now I'm "spanky".  I don't recall writing it, so I'd have to read it over, but if it's still valid and pertinent, feel free to get it up on RTD.
