I just finished a hard coaching day with 4teamworks and I think we successed to create sub-workspaces with locals roles. Just one thing, you can't use locals roles with nested workspaces because of "principe d'acquisition". For our prototype I don't care, I think flat workspace is a good solution... >> 2.
