Can you let us know what parts of IMS you are implementing? I'm interested
in Enterprise, Learner Information, and Learning Content.

I'm trying to setup up an intranet template for High Schools and would be
interested in being involved in EduPlone. I was going to create a bunch of
types with Archetypes, but rather than reinventing the wheel, I could add
something to an existing wheel (or is that stretching the metaphore too far
:-) )
