-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, CMFSyllabus-0.2a is available. CMFSyllabus is an online calendar/syllabus system for educational institutions. This is an early alfa. It's usable to some extent but some features are missing/not polished. Existing features cover: * All data is highly structured to allow easy representation of a content into some XML dialect and/or later processing * Maintenance of Courses (detailed description of Course) o course are containers so any additional information could be rendered in according to available plugins and content types used. o fact that courses are containers allows to define permissions per-course rather than per-courseList. * Maintenance of Programs o courses and programs are interrrelated by many-to-many relation (one course could be part of many programs, and one program could be source of many courses) o program requirements made easy ( this actually implements relation program->course ), so for each program you can specify groups of courses under one specific requirement. You can have more then one program requirement. This missing/in development: * Archive system * CustomizationPolicy-like system for extending core classes * many more... Testers/developers are welcome :) - -- Dmitry Makovey Web Systems Administrator Athabasca University (780) 675-6245 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE/3jmJyDrVuGfS98QRAkpCAJ9NghxkczRAGsYtmZ7JO7PORBQhnACgo+RT 6gAV0Fcns7LE3TOoHgNNelo= =Kebm -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
