Not at all, as Camtasia is a commercial ($299) product althought full of 
good features. The Plone Team got a license from them to use. See info

If you are Mac user you can use SnapzPro, a good capture screen 
commercial ($29) easy to use utitlity.

The only one sourceforce project I know is "xvidcap" for x-window

There are only tarbal to build. Some Fink dev are working for Mac
