EduZope meeting in Innsbruck, Austria

we met in Innsbruck at the 12th and 13th of June to discuss the future of 
EduZope and to establish a cooperation with Trans IT 
(http://www.transIT.ac.at) and Tiroler Bildungsservice (http://www.tibs.at)
Participants

Georg Pleger (Trans IT) invited some companies and persons to attend the 
meeting in Innsbruck. We'd like to use Plone to create a eLearning system. 
Some of the companies present already use plone, some build their systems on 
plain zope.

The second day: "Sprint situation"

we used the second day (with a smaller number of participants to do some 
sprinting).
UseCase Modelling for the IMS Learning Definition

(Philipp Auersperg, Georg Pleger)

    * our plan is to use BlueDynamics ArchGenXML to create the module 
skeletons IMS-LD. It's quite a thick bunch of specs. Georg is quite familiar 
with the standard and helped Phil to start specifying the UML diagrams.
    * we selected a simple set of use-cases for starting a proof of concept.
    * we want to be able to present this use case in Charleroi

Cooperation of TIBS and TransIT with BlueDynamics and solution2u.net

(Wilfried Pleger, Georg Pleger, Robert Boulanger, Jodok Batlogg)

    * the common goal is to get a proof of concept / prototype where plone is 
used to manage eLearning content.
    * we selected the thematic area "water", Wilfried has got the content for 
this learning subject already available.
    * a new skin for this system will be created (take a look at the 
screenshot)
    * the IMS-LD compliant import and export of the learning items will also 
be a central point

Quickstart for our tyrolean plone friends

(Dominik Bartenstein, Jens Klein, Daniel Nouri, Christoph Sieß, Simon Haller)

    * First of all Dominik was available for questions and gave some hints on 
the objects in the ZMI.
    * after that Dominik presented the current documentation that was created 
at and after the Berne sprint (Aldo Berghamini, solution2u.net). The rest of 
the time was used to restructure and improve the current documentation.
    * especially the ArchGenXML, limis introduction to the ZMI and the 
"Projects in the Collective" stuff should be mentioned
