Windows installer

Hi,
     after talking to Érico Andrei at the Plog2013 about the state of 
the windows installer (basically there's no active maintainer atm) I 
decided to dive into it. After some troubles I've finally managed to 
build a Plone 4.2.5 windows installer.
I've got a few questions:
- I find a little bit misleading that in every single string of the 
installer have to appear the Enfold name. It's ok to give reference, but 
this seems a little bit exagerate. Can I change the icon, wizard image 
and the readme to something more communitarian?
- Is there someone willing to help me in testing it? Atm I've tested it 
on a win7/amd64 only.
- When it will be tested, how can I put it on launchpad? Who can grant 
me the right permissions?

Btw, if I'll get through this process successfully and if noone else is 
willing to maintain it, I can maintain the windows installer for future 
releases.
