atm I'm still using the Enfold's code. It's licensed with a ZPL and so, 
as far as I understand, we are allowed to make changes.

I've just uploaded the installer here:

Please let me know if it works fine.

Two things more:

-  I'm going to drop a note in the communication team because I'd like 
to change the landing page at the end of the install process (currently 
it's a page publicizing Enfold's services) but I don't know what to say 
in that page.

- I started working on the plone4.3 installer too. Hope to be in time to 
release it together with other installers.
