The final step in uploading an installer is to provide a link from the https://plone.org/products/plone/releases/#.# page for the release. I've added edit/add permissions for you there. """ Good. The promotion of Enfold in the installer was a special arrangement made because Enfold was doing a community service by maintaining the installer. I would prefer the landing page become something much more like a README, completely free of promotional language or links. One of the big problems folks had with the later Windows installers was that they didn't offer "get started" documentation when they finished. Thanks!
