I gave these a quick review. Evidently, I'm not getting email notifications any longer. I acted on a few. Regarding tickets, suggest we wait on the issue tracker question depending on the resolution of the discussion Paul started. On the other hand, since we're developing on github, it seems perfectly reasonable to put a roadmap there.
