OSX Installer NG

Hi,

Next week, September 24th till 30th I will be sprinting on the OSX
Installer Next Generation, the idea is to finish what we started working
on at PSM this year.
I hope to have a second alpha version at the end of the sprint.

Roadmap for the spint:
- move OSX related stuff, into his own repo [we have the old OSX repo,
which I will update]
- documentation
- code cleanup
- add error and log functions

The sprint will take place at the office of RedTurtle, a big thank you
to RedTurtle and Giacomo for making this possible !
