The 5.0b1 Unified Installer and plonedev.vagrant kits are available and
linked from the release page.

I've also uploaded the buildout-cache.tar.bz2 tarball to the
dist.plone.org/release/5.0b1

And, may I say that Plone 5 is looking beautiful!
