Windows installer for Plone

Hi - I'd like your input on whether to fork https://github.com/lucid-0/WinPloneInstaller <https://github.com/lucid-0/WinPloneInstaller> to the Plone GitHub organization or to the collective.

Would maintaining this installer be an undue burden on you? Is there someone you recommend who would agree to maintain this if Kyle Arthurs or I are unable to? (Kyle currently works as an intern with me at Wildcard).
