RC6 tag borked

Dont use the RC6 tag Jim for the installer. A fix that was made to Extensions/setupSite.py a bit ago is not present, meaning tar balls and the installer are wrong. This causes setupSite.py to fail and the Plone site doesn't get created. I've reverted my isntaller to Plone-2_0-branch.
