Note that this installer does not include a buildout cache, as the pre-cooked cache had ballooned to over 100 MB and no longer provided much of a build improvement. This does lose off-line build capability. A note on this RC: this does not feel like an "RC" to me. First off, let's note that it's built on a beta version of Zope. Claiming that Plone is at RC status when the platform it runs on is only at beta just seems wrong. Second, it both builds and runs with a very large number of warning messages. Finally, there's still a blocker on plone.recipe.zope2instance that will prevent many users from running it in a ZEO configuration. Feels "beta" to me. I apologize for not having taken part in the release-status discussions, but I did want to convey this feedback.
