Plone 5.2.3 is final

Hi,

I have made Plone 5.2.3 final. Please create a Unified Installer.
I realize this is proving difficult, evidenced by community posts by 
Kim, and the missing installers for 4.3.20 and 5.1.7.
Traditionally, a release is only official when the installer is 
available. I think we must change this, and consider 5.2.3 official 
already. I'll ask the marketing team (and I know we have some overlap 
there).
But installers are very welcome, so I hope it will eventually work!
