Hi guys,

I updated the INSTALL.txt to reflect the current contents of the tarball,  
and corrected the install procedure to match it.

It would be nice if we could issue a new tarball from the 2.0 tag - the  
installer guys don't need to update it (since the README isn't much used  
on those platforms anyway), but it would be nice if the actual tarball  
shipped with the correct install instructions.

No other changes were made.
